Our rules in short: confirmation by WhatsApp or phone within 24h (2 attempts, automatic cancellation after 48h without an answer) · free delivery from 500 MAD everywhere in Morocco, 35 MAD below that amount · returns only at the time of delivery, in the event of a confirmed defect, a damaged product or an order error, with the parcel checked in front of the courier · a second delivery attempt the next day. Indicative delivery times: Casablanca within 48 hours, outside Casablanca within 72 hours (indicative).

Frequently asked questions

How do I pay for my order?

Cash only, on delivery (Cash on Delivery). You pay nothing online: the order stays unpaid until the parcel is handed over.

Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver everywhere in Morocco. Free delivery from 500 MAD; below that amount the delivery fee is 35 MAD. Indicative delivery times: Casablanca within 48 hours, outside Casablanca within 72 hours — these times are indicative and are not a commitment.

Are your perfumes authentic?

Authenticity is the entry condition of our selection: no perfume goes on sale until its provenance has been verified and documented — identified supplier, invoice and reference kept. Our catalogue is being built. See our Authenticity page.

Can I return a perfume?

Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery, in the event of a confirmed defect, a damaged product, or an order error — check your parcel in front of the courier. A perfume unsealed after delivery is not taken back.

Will I be called after placing my order?

Yes: we contact you by WhatsApp or phone within 24h to confirm your order. Two attempts are made; with no response within 48h, the order is automatically cancelled.
