Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery, in the event of a confirmed defect, a damaged product, or an order error.
Check your parcel at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier. A perfume unsealed after delivery is not taken back.
Missed delivery: a second attempt is made the next day. After two failed attempts, a refusal, or no response, the order is cancelled.
In the event of repeated refusals without a valid reason, subsequent orders may require enhanced confirmation or delivery fees paid in advance.
